How does electric car delivery work in Bali?
Book your model on WhatsApp, send the villa or hotel address plus a preferred time window, and we confirm the delivery slot and any fee before you commit. The car arrives with a high battery charge and the paperwork ready; handover takes about fifteen minutes, including a quick EV orientation.

Which areas get free delivery?
The Kuta–Seminyak–airport corridor — including Legian and Tuban — gets free delivery and free collection. Everywhere else on the island is served for a fee based on distance, always quoted on WhatsApp before you confirm, never added afterwards. Islandwide means islandwide: if there is a drivable address, we deliver to it.

Can you deliver to a villa in Berawa or Umalas?
Yes — Berawa and Umalas are two of our most common EV delivery addresses. Villas in the Canggu lanes can be tricky for large trucks, but a compact EV threads them easily; send a pin location on WhatsApp and the driver navigates the rest. A small delivery fee applies and is confirmed upfront.
Hotel delivery: how it works with the front desk
For hotel stays we coordinate with you directly and meet you at the lobby or parking area — no need to involve the front desk unless you prefer it. Give us your check-in name and a time window; the car waits for you, not the other way around.
Returning at checkout is just as simple: leave the car in the hotel parking area at the agreed time, hand back the keys at the walk-around, and head to your next stop. Collection across the Kuta–Seminyak–airport corridor is free.
What happens at handover?
- Battery check — the car arrives with a high state of charge, following standard Bali handover practice; you return it at a reasonable level, not strictly full-to-full.

Can I return the car at a different address?
Usually, yes. If you start the rental at a villa in Seminyak and finish at a hotel in Sanur, tell us when you book and we quote the collection for the new address in the same message. Cross-island one-way arrangements depend on the day’s schedule, so ask on WhatsApp before locking your plans.
Longer stays, delivered once
